apache problem with directadmin

Hello,
i have a directadmin server and my problem is everyday my apache work very too slow (can not open html pages) when i check apache status and process it is running when i check apache log no one overage when i check load average all things is good , i check hardware health and all things with server is ok ,
also i check all of my users i have no users that have problem,
any ida or sugeestion ?
