I’m working with OVH servers for some years now, and never had a hardware problem. The network is quite stable, but, as any provider, they have network problems some times, but act quickly to solve them.
For SYS, they guarantee intervention up to two hours after the problem has been notified. Same for OVH. However, OVH support staff is a little better than SYS. Network is the same for both, but OVH servers offer more bandwidth than SYS servers. Just a note: Everyone wants good hardware support to have minimal downtime in case of hardware failure. However, if you intend to have better availability, your best would be to use two servers, so your service does not depends on a single machine.
