If you are using the same subject line in your emails it might be getting buried there.
Some emails there I get response within the hour, sometimes there is a long delay. Maybe there are just a few people total.
Maybe try the commercial sales side instead of tech support.
They really need a web based ticket system to eliminate the unknown factor with email. Even without any other kind of support, they still are responsible for server hardware and that requires proper communication for the business to survive.
