Well, it is still a good idea to say what kind of hardware specification do you need? I guess that older series of Intel Xeon CPUs would work?

thanks for suggestions. Hertzner prices looks really affordabe. The hardware is not important for me, as I will be just keeping large amounts of data with no processing. thinking about this plan: http://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/pro…ootserver/ex40 I consider that it could be even cheaper as I only need storage, the processor and ram requirements are minimum, I dont need Intel Core i7-4770 processor and 32gb of ram.

Try the Hetzner Auction, might find something good there but it’s all used hardware. Alternatively a service such as Backupsy would suit you as well.
