You may want to start your search by looking for a host that meets your ideal ‘secondary’ requirements, like location, level of management, quality of service (from reviews here on WHT and elsewhere), etc.
You’ll end up in a much better overall solution if you go about it that way. Pricing and hardware can always be discussed with whomever you choose to host with, but getting locked in to a horrid provider just based on pricing would be something you’d end up regretting.
